2. Description of Service

Potato Bot is a small hobby Discord bot that allows users to collect and manage virtual potatoes inside Discord servers.

3. Availability

The bot is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, availability, or reliability. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users may not:

5. Data

Potato Bot stores limited data required for its features, such as inventories, leaderboard progress, and server configuration. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

Access to the bot may be restricted or removed at any time for abuse, exploitation, or other harmful behavior.

7. Discord

This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

9. Contact & Support

The /request-help command is intended for legitimate support requests related to Potato Bot.
Abuse of the support system, including spam, false reports, or excessive submissions, may result in support access being restricted or denied.

Data retention

Support requests submitted through the /request-help command are forwarded to the Potato Bot support team through a private webhook for the purpose of handling the request.

Once a support request has been reviewed, the original support message may be deleted from the support system. Potato Bot does not intentionally retain the full contents of resolved support requests.

For basic support tracking, we may retain limited information such as the requesting user's Discord ID and the Server ID, a short description or note about the issue, and whether the issue was resolved. This information is used only to manage support requests and prevent repeated or unresolved issues from being overlooked.

We retain this limited support information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes. It is not intended to contain the full contents of the original support request.

Major changes and announcements may be posted in the official support server.
